The Joy Project’s 3rd Annual Seed Swap & 2nd Annual Seed Starting Workshop 🌱

Sunday, March 9th
Free & Open to All – All Supplies Provided!

As we step into Season 4 of The Joy Project, we’re ready to bring you even more transformative programming and experiences—starting with one of our favorite gatherings of the year! Our 3rd Annual Seed Swap and 2nd Annual Seed Starting Workshop are now combined into one powerful community event.

This event is for everyone—of all ages, skill levels, and interests. Whether you’re a seasoned grower, just getting started, or simply curious, you are welcome in this space.

Seed Swap: We encourage you to bring seeds with you, but its not a requirement, we'll have enough seed for everyone to take home something new! We’re creating a space for abundance, reciprocity, and cultural preservation through the sharing of heirloom and community-grown seeds.

Seed Starting Workshop: Learn how to start your own garden! We’ll provide all the materials—seeds, soil, trays, and guidance—to help you plant with intention and set your seedlings up for success.

Why It Matters:
This is more than just a swap—it’s about food sovereignty, community abundance, and keeping ancestral knowledge alive. By growing our own food and sharing seeds, we invest in our collective future and deepen our relationship with the land.

No seeds? No problem. Come to learn, connect, and grow.
Spread the word—community thrives when we plant together!
